HOW TO
APPLY FAUX LASHES

Faux lashes aren't just for special occasions anymore; application is effortless when you follow these simple tips...

First, size up the situation! Like fingerprints, everyone's lash line is unique and you should always trim your faux lashes to the length of your own natural lash line- trim from the inner corner until the faux lashes perfectly fit along your own natural lash line...
Loosen up and hold tight! It's always a good idea to "warm up" your new faux lashes before adhering them to your lash line. Add glue to the lash strip and as the glue starts to dry, train the curve to fit your own lash line. When the glue is tacky, place the lashes as close to your natural lash line as possible. Using the blunt end of a pair of tweezers, push the lash strip into your own lash line until faux lashes and your own lashes are one seamless, lush row of lashes!

Togetherness... The insiders' trick for making your faux lashes look as natural as possible, bind them to your real lashes with mascara! A simple coat of mascara helps to blur the line between real and faux while also giving the lashes something to "hold onto" as you wear them...

GET THE
PERFECT BROW

You've been framed! Well, if your brows are well maintained your eyes will be framed... beautifully. You can do the best eye makeup in the world, but if your brows aren't in tiptop shape, the look will fall flat...very flat. Getting a perfectly arched brow couldn't be simpler!

ONE

To tweeze, or not to tweeze, that is the question. And the answer is, if you weren't born with naturally perfect brows you may need to "clean up" what you have- I promise, it isn't that hard!

TWO

Kevyn's favorite shape (and what he was well know for) was a brow slightly squared off at the beginning by the nose and tapered to a soft but not overextended point at the end with a graceful arch in between. How to achieve this? First decide what needs to go! Using a concealer on the underside of your brow, "mark" the area that needs to be tweezed. This will act as a guideline for the next step.

THREE

Using a good pair of tweezers, gently start removing individual hairs in the area you "marked" with concealer. It is generally easier and less painful to remove these hairs by pulling in the direction that they grow. Remember, this isn't a marathon; slow and steady wins this race! Also remember it is easier to go back and remove a few more hairs, don't get tweezer happy and over-tweeze!

FOUR

Once you have cleaned up your brows you can go back and fill in any areas that may be sparse or need added color. Using The Precision Brow Pencil, fill in these areas or darken the brow to your liking using soft irregular-length strokes to simulate real hair.

Perfect brows, perfectly easy as 1,2,3! My, you look gorgeous...
